This training will offer hands-on skills in cultural postpartum care, along with tools for nervous system regulation—all held within a deeply nourishing, nature-connected environment. We will rest, eat well, learn, and be in true community with one another, held by the land and rhythms of Maui.

Our training retreat will be held in the beautiful healing lands of Maui.
Accommodation will be at a historic home on beautifully landscaped grounds located just minutes from Makawao town.
Training retreat will be held on-site at the accommodation location and at the Womb Garden for certain sessions.
Best areas to book accommodation before or after the retreat will be Makawao, Olinda, Pāʻia or Ha’iku.
Daily morning platters will consist of a variety of breakfast fare, baked goods, local fruits and spreads. Coffee and tea will be available throughout the day.
4 skillfully prepared lunches by a Malaysian chef experienced in postpartum meals. Participants will get to sample some dishes fit for postpartum healing to complement the training.
Soup will be provided each night. Participants are responsible for any additional dinner needs. Common kitchen is available for use and there is a mini fridge provided in each room.
Evening bonfire: Soup and bread will be served as we gather around the fire at the Womb Garden. (Weather permitting, date TBA).
April 23rd (Thursday)
Opening Circle: Our journey together begins at 10am at the Womb Garden.
Please arrive at 9am for meet and greet and morning refreshments
Check in- proceed to accommodation site at noon for lunch and settle into rooms.
April 26th (Sunday)
Check out: Participants check out of rooms by 10am, lunch.
Afternoon session will be held at the womb garden.
Closing and farewell- approximately 4pm.
