Intuitive Bodywork
I am here to assist you on your self-healing journey; providing a safe space as you process and release as you are ready.
Sessions will involve a combination of bodywork and energy work. We will begin with a check-in to see what requires attention at the present moment, then allow the session to flow intuitively.
Myofascial release is a technique I often use that produces effective results with gentle and sustained pressure.
Your first session will include an evaluation so please allow 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions will be 75 minutes.

Pain Management Sessions

In managing physical pain, I can offer an individualized plan to help realign your body and reactivate the correct muscles, bringing you back to optimal function and full range of motion. Sessions will usually include a set of exercises and stretches along with a combination of myofascial release and manual therapy.
Your first session will include an evaluation so please allow at least 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions typically last between 60 and 75 minutes.
Rates:
First Session (90 mins) - $188
Subsequent Sessions (60 - 75 mins) - $100
Pain Management Studio
This is a package of twenty drop-in sessions where you can confidently complete your pain management exercises and stretching menu under supervision. Helps tremendously with consistency, which is the key component to maximizing the results of your program, closely followed by proper positioning and form. You will receive 10 minutes of manual therapy each time you join studio.
Get the convenience of having everything you need to complete your menu at our space.
Private evaluations required before eligible to join studio.
Studio opening hours: 9am-11am M-F
Rates:
$400 /month membership up to 20 drop ins during studio opening hours.
Girls' Moon Circle
Girls’ circle for ages 9-13 with the intention to
-Identifying the language of intuition as the highest form of guidance.
-Fostering connection to a sisterhood, to a tribe, to nature, to the moon and the cosmos
-Loving their unique design, shining their inner light and beauty to self love and confidence.
-Rites of passage - ceremonially welcome maidens into adulthood with ritual. Moon wisdom, the power and significance of menarche (age appropriate).
